The images were generated with Midjourney using detailed descriptions that utilized our equipment and style of photography. While the prompts accepted most style parameters and were given the highest level of creativity, the technology is not there to “replace” a professional portrait studio. Instructing poses, angles, depth of field, lighting, and all the equipment needed to make the image are known by someone capable of taking the picture. Extensive corrections were necessary post-production enhancements to transform the original output into a usable image; hands, faces, and hair were deformed on many of the options. AI for now just makes creating with incredible subjects a little more possible.

 

Prompts included requests for models inspired by Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Elizabeth Taylor, Lucy Liu, Harrison Ford, Marlon Brando, Denzel Washington, Chris Evans, and Henry Cavill. Fashion was inspired by Karl Largerfeld, 90s Gucci, Tom Ford, Chanel, athletic wear and western vintage.
